When I printed the first file that Aladdin sent me I had a couple of issues with the settings. When emailed Steve addressed these and a good discussion as to how the files needed to be tweaked ensued. I have now printed the model in a 'difficult' clear resin without issue and can only say I wish all customer interactions were as good as the one I had. Full marks and then some to Steve. I'd highly recommend both the model and the company.
